I"ve been using the tracker for 2 months now and encountered no issues. The reader connected quickly to my iPhone once charged. It's a simple, put on, 3 clicks on the app (including connecting the app to the reader), then I get my daily HRV readings. The heart rate variability biofeedback training and self-compassion training work well and they don't appear intimidating. All training modules are just simple 2 clicks and then you're training.

This device could do so much more, but is super easy and a great start. The band leaves some indenations but go away shortly after removal. And my skin itches from the band after wearing it.
I'd recommend using a different HRV app than the suggested one, as it is quite expensive, although it does offer some interesting features like "resonance frequency determination". Overall a nice piece of hardware.
